'We are pleased to welcome Neil and his team to Creaseys. We are a successful practice with more than 3,500 clients, but like our clients, we know that we can't stand still. We have a very clear vision to develop the practice to attract and serve forward-thinking businesses like our own. Our marketing to date has been internally driven and reactive; Neil will change this and we are already excited by the ideas he is discussing with us.

In September 2008, Tunbridge Wells based chartered accountants, Creaseys LLP, appointed our marketing division, The Marketing Eye, to provide strategic marketing support on an ongoing basis.

The move is a step in Creaseys' strategy to position itself as the leading accountancy practice for businesses and high net-worth individuals in the South East.

Our strategic marketer, Neil Edwards, said: 'We are naturally delighted to be appointed and were immediately struck by the astonishing depth of expertise that exists at Creaseys’.

As one of the early projects, we audited the existing brand identity to measure visual consistency; we also made recommendation for evolutionary improvements. Following this a range of collateral has been produced, from factsheets to detailed newsletters, which has given Creaseys an edge in its communications and presented an outward appearance far more aligned to the professional experience and high-quality service of the firm.
