Karen and Steve White provide a comprehensive property development service in Italy for clients from all over the world. They begin by searching for the perfect property, mostly in the north region, before project managing the design, renovation, and build. They also take care of all legal issues.
Although trading successfully under the name Historic Italian Homes for 5 years, their feeling was, with a castle and a well known high-end hotel on the horizon, that a new brand image more representative of the superior work they undertake was needed.
Our brief, therefore, was to develop the brand proposition, a name that helped evoke the brand values and a complimentory visual brand identity including the logo.
And so we began…
Each meeting we had with Karen and Steve had presented us with one very strong theme - they are both supremely passionate about every step they take on behalf of a client. This theme was key to conceptualising the name. One on our short list of possibles stood out for this very reason – Fervidus, in latin meaning heat and passion, has a powerful, intelligent, almost regal sound to it. A meeting of minds then introduced Karen and Steve’s surname to the mix, and so Fervidus White was born.
From there concept boards and sketches were used to establish a direction Karen and Steve felt comfortable with before developing into the final look.
We have now also developed and completed the new Fervidus White website.
The result is a visual brand identity that effectively communicates their individuality and brand promise whilst looking established. Fervidus White is a company that has substance, history and a great future!
